Interactive Design Experience:

The basis of good design is to be innovative, useful, aesthetic, unobtrusive and thorough down to the last detail. Lincoln Office utilizes SmartTools software to make these concepts a reality. The client experience is elevated through live design which allows us to adjust concepts in real time which results in fewer revisions and allows clients direct involvement in the design process.

SmartTools software has a proprietary seamless integration with our order entry capabilities so what you see is what you get. Any changes made to the design are instantly reflected in the bill of materials – simplifying the specification and order process.

What do we need to supply to your design team as part of the discovery process? designers "What do we need to supply
to your design team as part
of the discovery process?"
This can vary depending upon the amount of exploration
we need to complete before we can develop a solution.
Sometimes all we need are measurements of your space
and a quick discussion with you and we are off and
running. Other times we need to meet with department
representatives to fully understand how you utilize your
space: how you work, how you collaborate and the
technology you use.
What can we expect from the first meeting with your design team? designers "What can we expect from
the first meeting with your
design team?"
Your first consultation is going to be about us learning
as much as we can about your organization. That is the
only way we can provide a solution that is going to
work. Project complexity will determine if we can move
forward with product selection in that first meeting or
if we need to work though concepts before we even
begin to discuss specific product.
Do we shop your supplier websites directly or will your design team offer recommendations? designers "Do we shop your supplier
websites directly or will your
design team offer
recommendations?"
You are more than welcome to browse our
manufacturers' websites to research products. We can
also walk through those with you to aid in the decision
making process. It is important that we provide any
means necessary to help you make informed decisions.
All product will be quoted to you and we will order product
directly from our manufactures.
How long does it typically take to see a proposed workspace design? designers "How long does it typically take
to see a proposed workspace
design?"
Again, this varies depending on complexity. Sometimes we
can finalize your design in our first meeting. More complex
projects could be a week or two up to a month before you
see conceptual drawings due to all of the information that
needs to be collected, analyzed and summarized before we
can begin developing your solution. Bottom line… we tailor
our services to meet your needs.
