Susan G. Komen for the Cure reopensCompany: Susan G. Komen for the Cure-Peoria Memorial Location: Peoria, Illinois On November 18, 2008, a fire destroyed the office of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure-Peoria Memorial Affiliate. The staff moved to a temporary office nearby and began the task of rebuilding. Executive Director, Linda Maricle, called Lincoln Office for help. Lincoln Office selected interior finishes, and provided furniture and carpeting for the remodeled office. After nearly a year of living out of boxes, the office reopened September 30th. Susan G. Komen for the Cure-Peoria Memorial begins a new chapter in its history with a new look, a new and efficient space and renewed engergy. |
