(Peoria, IL) The Children’s Home of Illinois recently enhanced Scott’s Prairie, a former working farm in Peoria County. Lincoln Office was an in-kind donor for the Scott’s Prairie Enhancement Campaign. Scott’s Prairie is used by the Children’s Home for recreational and therapeutic activities with its residents.
As an in-kind donor, Lincoln Office provided flooring for the new lodge. The lodge, once a dairy barn on the farm, was remodeled to provide overnight stays for residents. Lincoln Office provided wood laminate flooring for the main room, as well as, tile in the restrooms.
Lincoln Office is happy to help Children’s Home meet its mission of giving children a childhood and future, and meeting its own mission to support the communities where we live and work.
